Absolutely! Everyone is welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. The sessions will be tailored to suit individual requirements by our instructors.

Our rooms, both AC- and non AC-equipped, are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also encourage yogic practices. The peaceful nature will surround you.

Three sattvic dishes are served daily, lovingly prepared to cleanse and nourish your body. You will also receive herbal teas.

Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport) is approximately 25 km from Rishikesh. Booking a taxi, shuttle service, or other transportation from the airport is recommended.

Before attending the retreat we recommend consulting your doctor, particularly if there are any medical issues. We can accommodate special needs if informed in advance.
