Yogant Foundation was born from a steadfast belief in the transformative power of Yoga. Inspired by Himalayan Yoga, the founders and their teachers envisioned a haven for those seeking authentic Yoga practice, a place where lives could be changed.
Over the years, what began as a simple initiative evolved into a large foundation, which now attracts students, professionals, and spiritual seekers from various walks of life. Some come here to have a relaxing retreat. Others leave with lifelong impressions and an internal transformation.
Yogant Foundation's genuine warmth, holistic approach, and authenticity make it stand out among the many other yoga schools that are available in Rishikesh.
Life at the ashram is simple, rooted in yogic practices and values. Mornings start with yoga and meditation as the sun rises over the Himalayas. Three sattvic meals are served daily. Afternoons include workshops, healing sessions, or philosophy classes. Evenings are for kirtan, silent reflection, or mantra chanting. Comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment are guaranteed.
The faculty includes yoga masters, meditation guides, Ayurveda experts, and guest teachers. Each instructor combines technical knowledge with inner spiritual depth, teaching with compassion, patience, and genuineness.
Yogant Foundation fosters a global community. Students from India, Europe, America, and Asia come together to practice and learn. Alumni spread the light of Yoga worldwide, making Rishikesh a spiritual haven for many.
A portion of the income is donated to local projects, including education for underprivileged children and environmental initiatives near the Ganga. Yogant Foundation believes Yoga can uplift both individuals and the community.
Yogant Foundation doesn't just teach Yoga, it lives it. Whether you seek a short retreat, a teaching program, or a space to reconnect, come with an open heart and depart with a transformed soul. Rishikesh and its sacred vibrations await you. Your journey starts here.
